WARRANTY & REPAIR POLICY

WATCHES

Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, as per individual brands, watches are protected from the original date of purchase ranging from one (1) year to a two (2) year warranty period (proof of purchase is required). The warranty is covered by The Wola (Local Supplier Warranty). Please refer to the full warranty language in the warranty booklet that comes with your watch. Note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.
During the warranty period the watch movement, hands and dial are the only component covered under this warranty. A covered component will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of repair charges, if it proves to be defective in the material workmanship under normal use.
Glass, strap or bracelet are not covered at all.

Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear, Water damage unless marked water-resistant, indirect or consequential damage resulting from the defects, inaccuracy or in-operativeness of the watch.
This warranty is void if the item has been damaged by unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or a valid proof of purchase is not included.

HANDBAGS, SMALL LEATHER GOODS & ACCESSORIES

The handbags, small leather goods and other accessories are protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year limited warranty (proof of purchase required). If the handbag, small leather good or other accessories proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first year, we will repair or replace the item free of charge with same or comparable product. Defective handbags, small leather goods or tech accessories will not be returned to customer. Note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.

SUNGLASSES

Most of Sunglasses brands and produces are warranted from manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of one (1) to two (2) years from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover: scratches on sun lenses; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear and tear as well as any issue connected to the prescription lenses.

JEWELRY

Jewelry is protected from the original date of purchase by a one (1) to two (2) years limited warranty (proof of purchase is required). If the jewelry proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first year, we will replace the item with the same or a comparable product free of charge.
