🚫 Situations Not Covered by Warranty (for all cookware brands)

Warranties cover manufacturing defects only. They do not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g., dropping cookware, cutting with sharp tools inside pots).

  • Overheating, melting, or fire damage.

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, discoloration, or stains from food/heat).

  • Damage caused by dishwashers or abrasive cleaning tools (scrub pads, steel wool).

  • Use with metal utensils on non-stick or ceramic surfaces.

  • Damage from improper storage (dents, warping).

  • Modification, repair, or alteration by unauthorized service.

  • Commercial or industrial use (if cookware is designed for household use).
