SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your purchase is completed, processing your order takes 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped out, we will send you an email confirmation along with your tracking number.

Domestic Shipping (within Malaysia)

  • Enjoy Free Shipping for delivery within Malaysia with no minimum spend.
  • Your order will take approximate 3 to 5 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and 10 to 14 working days for delivery to East Malaysia, unless otherwise advised. 
  • Once the ordered product(s) are shipped, no cancellation will be accepted but you can opt for return request. 
  • We engaged GDex for our delivery services within Malaysia.  The tracking number will be emailed to you when your parcel is ready to ship out. 
  • You may start tracking your parcel in GDex e-tracking system within the next 12 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation email.
